Success Rate of Teachers
The program has brought over 1,000 teachers to different districts during the past 9 years. The rate of success based on their performance as evidenced by the retention rate in the district is approximately 90%.
- Approximately 90% of the teachers have remained in the district where they initially taught.
- Approximately 95% of the teachers have met and possessed a State teaching license.
- Approximately 95% of the teachers received satisfactory or excellent evaluation from their principal.
- Approximately 85% of the teachers are teaching in under performing schools and are credited for raising academic achievement of their students.
- Approximately 90% of parents of U.S. students are pleased and satisfied with the teachers of their children.
- Many teachers serve as demonstration or model teachers in their schools.
- Some of our teachers have applied to take the National Board Certification, the most rigorous licensing examination in the United States.
